Maplogik predictions support decision-making; they must not be treated as automatic hiring decisions. Students should be able to review the evidence used, understand the main score factors and request correction of inaccurate data.

Data principles

• Collect only information required for readiness and hiring.
• Do not use caste, religion, gender, photographs, disability or unrelated protected attributes for ranking.
• Keep model versions, input snapshots and explanations for audit.
• Return “insufficient data” rather than inventing placement probabilities.
